Can I reserve a unit in advance?
Availability can change on a daily basis so we strongly recommend that you make advance reservations to be assured that the space is available when you need it. All reservations are taken on a first come first serve basis.

To reserve your space in advance, we recommend that you call us at (403) 843-7705, or you can fill out our online quote form to get an instant quote and request an available unit. You will NOT be asked to give your credit card number online. Upon receiving your request, our staff will call you back to confirm your reservation and can take your credit card number at that time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, cash or cheque. If you choose to pay by credit card, we can arrange to debit your account monthly and email or mail your statements to you.
What is the minimum rental commitment?
Our rental agreement is month to month, therefore, you are not tied down to a long term contract.
Do I get a discount if I say longer?
If you commit to a one year term or longer we will be happy to give you a 10% discount.
Is a security deposit required?
We require the first two months rent when you move in.
What kind of documentation do you require to rent a unit?
A valid driver's license or other government-issued photo ID is required to rent any of our units. On boat or RV spaces, we require current registration in the tenant's name.
Is there a lease to sign?
Yes, we do require a signed rental agreement to secure your storage space. You can review the actual rental agreement document online in PDF format.

The normal terms are month to month so you are not locked in for a certain period of time unless you request a long term storage lease. You can vacate the unit by giving one month's notice.

Most importantly, the rental agreement is a document that states the terms of your stay so you are never without a document for referencing your rights as a tenant.
Do I need insurance?
Insurance is the tenant's responsibility. You should check your home owner's or renter's policy to see if you are already covered or you can apply for insurance coverage from a company that specializes in self storage insurance.
How long will it take to complete my transaction on "move-in" day?
The entire move-in process should take no longer than 24 hours.
How do I rent an indoor storage unit from you?
You can view the available bays online and choose one that best suits your needs. Then give us a call or complete our online quote form. Together we will set up a time and our staff will meet you at the storage compound.

Helpful Packing Tips

  • If you plan to use your space frequently, do not "over-pack" as it can make it more difficult to access or find things. Often a larger space may be much more convenient that a smaller one packed to capacity.
  • Plan ahead. Any items that will be accessed frequently should be placed in the front of your storage area. Allow for walkways.
  • Completely fill each box, always placing the heavier items on the bottom and the lighter items on the top.
  • Try to keep uniform box sizes as they are much easier to stack this way.
  • Label all boxes for easy identification.
  • Leave a small space between the wall and your items to allow for ventilation.
  • Pack your boxes and other items as close together as possible to avoid moisture accumulating between them.
  • Always use a high quality lock, preferably a disc lock for your unit.
  • Always keep an inventory list of your stored items and keep it in a safe place that is off-site.
  • List the contents of your boxes on all four sides and be sure to seal them completely using masking tape or glued paper tape.
  • Concrete floors in any storage facility may become cold and damp. For this reason, always place your storage items on 2" x 4" boards or pallets to guard against damage due to dampness.
  • Sofas and loveseats can be stored on end to save floor space. Be sure to cover these items in plastic, and place a waterproof cover on the bottom end. Cushions should be wrapped in plastic and placed on top.
  • Cover stuffed furniture with dust covers.
  • If you stand mattresses on end, be sure to prop them up to prevent them from falling over and damaging other items close by.
